My INNISFREE Rewards Australia Terms & Conditions

1. All INNISFREE Australia members agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions under the ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ membership program.
2. Your ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ account is only applicable for use within INNISFREE Australia stores and is not applicable to online purchases.
3. Customers who create a ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ account will automatically become a Welcome member.
4. Customers who purchase $150+ AUD within a 12-month period will become a Green member, and customers who purchase $300+ AUD within a 12-month period will become a Green VIP member.
5. To maintain your membership grade, Green and Green VIP members must purchase more than $150 or $300 respectively during their membership grade year.
6. All members will earn ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ points for every in-store purchase, as follows:
Welcome members receive 2 x points per dollar spent in store
Green members receive 3 x points per dollar spent in store
Green VIP members receive 4 x points per dollar spent in store
Every 100 points is equivalent to $1 AUD (e.g., 500 x points is equivalent to $5 AUD account credit)
7. Your ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ account must be attached to your in-store purchase in order to accumulate or redeem points or membership benefits (our team can search your account in-store via your mobile number or email address, or alternatively you can present your membership barcode via our ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ app).
8. Welcome members receive a once-off double point benefit for the first purchase during your birthday month, applicable on in-store purchases only.
9. Green and Green VIP members receive a once-off 20% discount voucher for the first purchase within your birthday month, applicable on in-store purchases only.
10. Green VIP members receive a once-off $15 discount voucher during the month they achieved VIP status.
11. Your ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ account and benefits affiliated with such will be withdrawn if in the case of no transaction for a 12-month period.
12. INNISFREE Australia will not be responsible for any loss of benefits or privileges related to points due to any discrepancy in member’s personal information. To update or change your personal information, please log into our ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ or contact our customer care team.
13. INNISFREE Australia reserves the right to alter and amend any of the Terms & Conditions of ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ including the benefits, or to terminate it at any time without prior notice.
14. All ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ members agree to collection, use and/or sharing of their information and membership usage by INNISFREE Australia. In addition, members agree to the retaining of information related to purchases and disclosure of information deemed appropriate by INNISFREE Australia.
A. You need to tell us if you want to make any changes to your details or if you want to update or customise your communications preferences.
B. You can make changes to your details by logging into your account on our ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ app, talking to one of our team members in-store, or emailing our customer care team at cs_au@innisfree.com. Unless you do this by logging into your account, you must also provide acceptable identifiable information to change your membership details.
C. You can update or customise your communications preferences by:
clicking the unsubscribe link contained in promotional emails;
replying STOP to SMS messages; or
contacting our customer care team at cs_au@innisfree.com
D. INNISFREE is not responsible if you don’t notify us of any changes to your details or any changes you make to your communications preferences, which may result in you not obtaining any Benefit or the loss or downgrade of your ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ points.
E. Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://au.innisfree.com/pages/privacy-policy
15. In case of any legal dispute, the decision of INNISFREE Australia shall remain final.
